  • Items must be in their original, unused condition, with all tags attached and in the original packaging.
  • Custom-made or modified items are not eligible for return unless there is a defect or error.

3. Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item received was defective or incorrect.
  • For defective or incorrect items, we will cover the return shipping costs. Contact us before sending the item back to arrange this.

4. Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to reflect the funds in your account.

5. Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different style, color, or size, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be in unused condition, and you may be responsible for any price difference or shipping costs associated with the exchange.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If your wig arrives damaged or defective, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving the product. We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include a replacement or a full refund.

7. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and quality control reasons, certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Custom-made wigs
  • Wigs that have been altered or styled
  • Used wigs or wigs that have been washed

8. Late Returns

If the return period has passed, please reach out to our customer service team. While we cannot guarantee a refund or exchange after 30 days, we will do our best to assist you.

9. Refund Notification

After your return is processed, we will notify you via email regarding the status of your refund or exchange. You will receive updates at each stage of the process.
